ORDERS AND PAYMENT

BN-Robolab.com is accessible 24 hours a day and therefore, you are able to shop almost any time. 

In order to shop at BN-Robolab.com, you must be over 15 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 15 years old, you can still buy articles if you have the consent of your legal guardian or have a different legal right to complete your purchase.

You select the articles you want to buy and put them in the “indkøbskurven” (shopping cart). You can change the content of the shopping cart up to the point of ordering and you can review the content and price for the articles continuously. 

Possible additional payments, e. g. for transport and payment card fees, will be calculated just prior to you being ready to pay. 

As soon as you are ready to place your order, you click “Gå til betaling” (proceed to payment), where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, choose the type of payment and type of delivery.

You can change the content of your shopping cart up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the button “Til betaling” (proceed to payment). Now, your order will be forwarded to BN-Robolab.com.

The prices stated on the website do not include Danish VAT.  

We accept the following payment cards:

Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Elektron, Mastercard,  Mastercard Debit, JCB and American Express.

On principle, the amount will be debited from your card when the article is dispatched. In case of advance orders, the amount will be debited prior to the dispatch of the article. 

The redemption agreement of BN-Robolab.com only allows BN-Robolab.com to reserve the amount in the system for 5 days. Subsequently, BN-Robolab.com debits the money from your card. In some cases, the delivery time exceeds this time frame, which means that your money will be debited prior to dispatch of the article. 

When you order an article from us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail directly upon placing the order.

DELIVERY

In Denmark, the dispatch is performed by Danske Fragtmænd, in Europe, we dispatch via GLS and in the rest of the world, we dispatch via TNT/Fedex. As soon as the article has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us including the dispatch number, which you can use to track your order. Stocked articles will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, if not otherwise stated in the product description.

14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When shopping on the Internet and at BN-Robolab.com, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. During this period, you can inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and will then have to return the article to us.

In order for the right of withdrawal to become valid, you must inform us at the latest 14 days after receipt of the article by means of a clear statement.

The right of withdrawal starts on the day when you have received the article. If the term runs out on an official holiday, Saturday, on the Danish constitution day, on Christmas Day or on New Year’s Day, the term is extended to the following working day (this also applies to advance orders). In the case of various articles having been placed in one order but to be delivered separately or in the case of an article being delivered in several lots, the period runs from receipt of the last article or lot.

The expenses from the article return will be charged to the customer`s account and will consequently not be covered by BN-Robolab.com. 

 
Condition of the returned article

You will only be liable for a possible degradation of the article value due to handling different from what is necessary in order to determine the type, characteristics and functionality of the article. In other words: you may test the article in the same way as if you tested it in a physical shop, but are not allowed to actually put it to use.

If the article has been tested to an extent, which exceeds the above, we will consider it as used. This means that BN-Robolab.com in accordance with the law on long-distance trading can refuse to return the entire amount but will determine a fair return amount jointly with the customer. This solely applies if the article value has decreased since its receipt and BN-Robolab.com therefore cannot sell the article as a new article and at the initial price.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase solely by refusing to accept the article without at the same time informing us clearly about it.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after you have informed us about your wish to withdraw from the purchase. You will have to pay for the direct expenses in connection with the return of the article. You will bear the risk for the article as of the time of delivery of the article. Therefore, you should keep the postal confirmation as well as the tracking and tracing number, if any.

If the original packaging is no longer available, this may result in a value decrease, so in order to be sure of receiving the entire amount back, we recommend that you return the article in the original packaging.

NOTE:


You may lose the purchase amount entirely or in part. This is the case if the article value has decreased because

you have actually put the article to use,

the article has been damaged while you were responsible for it,

you have handled the article in a way different from the necessary handling in order to determine the type, characteristics and functionality of the article,

you have not observed the limitations in the law on right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, article type, etc.

Errors in the text, spelling and prices are reserved.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payments received from you without undue delay and in any case at the latest 14 days after we have received your information about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will perform such a refund by means of the same means of payment used by you during the original transaction, unless you have agreed to a different means of refund expressly.

We may withhold the refund until the article has been received by us. 

COMPLAINT - IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ARTICLES

Your purchase falls under the Danish Sale of Goods Act including the regulations relating to defects. This means that you have the option of exchanging the defective article, receive your money back or a price reduction, depending on the actual situation.

This is obviously dependent on the fact that the complaint is lawful and that the defect does not result from a wrongful utilisation of the product or other damaging handling. The right of complaint is valid for 24 months.

You must contact us within a “reasonable period”

You must state your complaint within a “reasonable period” after you have realised the defect of the article. We recommend that you state your complaint as soon as possible. If you state your complaint within 2 months after having realised the defect, the complaint will be in time.

You will receive further instructions depending on the actual situation.

Your personal data will be registered at BN-Robolab.com and stored for five years and will then be deleted.

If you have created a login account in order to handle your data at our website, your personal data and ordering information will, however, not be deleted, unless you request us to do so.

Your data will not be disclosed or sold to third party, unless this happens in connection with restructuring or the sale of the company as a whole or in part. In such a situation, your data will be disclosed in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you have been registered at BN-Robolab.com, you are at any time entitled to object to the registration. You are also entitled to access the information, we have stored about you. You have these rights in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation and if you have questions in this respect, please send them to BN-Robolab.com via e-mail as stated on the website.

SMS service 

As a service, BN-Robolab.com is entitled to remind the customer about uncompleted purchases, delivery information about the customer’s order, weekly offers and similar information via SMS.

If you visit our website, we collect data about you, which is used to adjust and improve our contents and to increase the value of the advertising shown on the page. General information

Object

Storage period

We will store your data for the period allowed for by law and will delete it as soon as it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the type of information and the background for its storage. Therefore, we cannot state a general time frame for the deletion of data.

Disclosure of information
